Great service – I had a mega tight turnaround requirement and the team were very supportive!
I have used Creating Media for years and most recently Haddon re-designed my website …. he was extremely patient with me as I can easily say I am a dinosaur when it comes to the digital world. I am so pleased with the updated look for the business. Recently I also had issues with receiving and sending emails and Haddon was there to help, keeping me well informed and within no time I was reconnected to the world once again. Creating Media are champions !
Fast, friendly & thorough! We had to move our website to a new host within a specific (even though short) timeframe, yet keep the site the same. A Huge task, professionally completed and within the tight schedule. Support is second to none.
Nothing was to much trouble for Haddon and Myles. Good communication throughout the design, and a lot of patience. They understood my needs and designed a website accordingly. Very pleased with the finished product would happily recommend. I found them to be very supportive and easy to work with. Highly recommend
Very professional and quick design process, finished product was brilliant! Couldn't of been happier! Staff were very helpful and friendly too, would recommend to anyone who needs design and printing done!
Innovative designs, 1st rate customer relations, quality service. Highly recommend
I had an urgent short notice job – a poster for a Young Enterprise company. Michelle at Creating Media couldnt have been more helpful and the job was turned around and ready ahead of time. The quality was great and it was done at a very good price. I'd very much recommend Creating Media to anyone looking for a great outcome to their graphic design and production needs.
Creating Media – WOW! What a fantastic design house. Based near Chepstow, Monmouthshire, the team have helped me design a Company logo; design and print the highest quality business cards; designed marketing extras for exhibitions; as well as creating my Company the most professional, creative and engaging of websites. They give unlimited free advice and tips at every step, and then help promote your business too! So lucky to have found them, and got to know Michelle and the team. I would highly recommend Creating Media to all businesses, big and small, and they are my first "go-to" point for guidance in this area.
Creating media have just completed our new branding, website & business cards, we couldn't be happier with our brand new look! The service has been helpful & professional and we found them really good value for money. They are always on hand to help us, would definitely recommend creating media.
Creating Media was given a very short brief but managed to capture the ethos and character of the brand perfectly through the design of the marketing banner for my photography business. Excellent service which and met the tight deadline. Great value for money as the product was higher quality than expected. I will be using them again and would recommend them to others.
Thank you Michelle and Myles at Creating Media for the fantastic job you have made of our re-branding and website project. Nothing was too much trouble and we were guided throughout the whole process. What could have been a very stressful time was handled calmly, efficiently and in a cost effective manner. We have had lots of compliments on our "new look" and recommend you to anyone and everyone. Thank you once again. ReeceR Group
So glad we found Creating Media who designed our wonderful post-wedding commemorative booklets so beautifully. We knew what we wanted and both Michelle and Myles worked with our brief to perfect effect. We will certainly come back with any future requirements and recommend at every opportunity. Thank you.
Creating Media is one of those companies that embody the “small enough to care big enough to cope “ message .. personal service from Michelle,Haddon and Myles. Great listening skills, good background research, excellent meeting preparation before you arrive. Creativity but grounded in what works ..the reality check. A real desire to do the best for the customer but also understanding budget constraints and capabilities too. The depth of experience really comes to the surface when you meet face to face. No false expectations just good sense . Down to earth and properly creative . A willingness to cut the cloth according to need . Understanding how to make a lifelong client not just a customer today .
